We are a growing, community-based occupational therapy practice with a strong pediatric focus and an active waitlist.

We are seeking an occupational therapist who values flexibility, meaningful relationships, and practicing in real-life environments.

As we continue to grow, we are also expanding services to include adults needing support with aging in place, fall prevention, and post-acute recovery.

• Flexible schedule — design your own workweek

• Community-based care in homes, daycares, and preschools

• Mentorship from an occupational therapist with over 40 years of experience

Compensation is based on units of service, with consistent referrals and scheduling support.

This model allows flexibility and control over your schedule and caseload.

• Provide pediatric occupational therapy services in homes, daycares, and community-based preschools 
• Build strong, collaborative relationships with children and their families 
• Focus on functional, meaningful outcomes in real-life environments 
• Support carryover of skills through caregiver involvement 

In addition to pediatric services, we are developing community-based occupational therapy for adults, including:

• Aging in place support 
• Fall prevention 
• Post-hospital or post-rehabilitation care 

Therapists with experience or interest in both pediatric and adult populations are encouraged to apply. There is opportunity to help shape and grow this area of the practice.

• Interested in pediatric practice, with openness to working across the lifespan

This practice is built on over 40 years of occupational therapy experience, with a focus on relationships, functional outcomes, and meeting clients in their everyday environments.
